- Responsibility for the proactive identification, preparation and evaluation of acquisition properties in all language regions of Switzerland (individual properties, portfolios, development and construction projects)
- Responsibility for the management and implementation of the due diligence processes (economic, structural, legal and tax) until the successful completion of the transactions
Main responsibilities
- Responsibility for the proactive identification, preparation and evaluation of acquisition properties in all language regions of Switzerland (individual properties, portfolios, development and construction projects)
- Responsibility for the management and implementation of the due diligence processes (economic, structural, legal and tax) until the successful completion of the transactions
- Preparation and examination of well-founded acquisition assessments as well as preparation of precise decision-making basis
- Control and coordination of internal interfaces and external partners (brokers, estimators, notaries, lawyers and other consultants)
- Building, maintaining and developing long-term contacts and stakeholder relationships
- Preparation of complex issues up to the decision basis for presentation to internal bodies and decision-makers Requirements
- Completed higher education (real estate holder, university or university of applied sciences degree in real estate management, architecture or economics)
- Strong personality with assertiveness and negotiating skills
- Multi-year track record as a transaction manager with in-depth know-how for residential and commercial properties; additional competences in the areas of valuation (construction and asset management are advantageous)
- Solid relationship network with real estate agents, owners and relevant real estate players (advantageously also in Romandie)
