As a self-employed franchise partner, you will take responsibility for the attractive migrolino shop at Frauenfeld station. In this role, you will manage a versatile convenience location with attractive earning potential. Place of work: migrolino AG, migrolino Frauenfeld, Bahnhofplatz 75, 8500 Frauenfeld ## Important information During office hours, you can reach Hans-Peter Trachsler (RVL) at +41 79 945 33 95 ## Duties
- Establishing your own company and operating our shop with your own capital
- Responsibility for the operational management of the location
- Responsibility for the successful operation and further development of the shop business
- Target-oriented management and development of your team, including independent recruitment
- Ensuring implementation of the migrolino concept and compliance with the standards
- Responsibility for acquiring new customers and for the business results, sales, and costs
- Monitoring and improving process organization – in cooperation with migrolino AG
- Responsibility for compliance with and enforcement of health protection, occupational safety, and hygiene regulations
- Through good cooperation with headquarters, you will achieve or exceed the agreed budget targets ##
- Requirements
- Several years: Experience in food retail, the hospitality industry or tourism
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): Completed basic or additional training in retail, the hospitality industry, the travel industry or the filling-station business, followed by a successful professional career
- Experience in retail (ideally in the convenience segment)
- Many years of experience in managing employees and business administration expertise
- High sense of responsibility regarding business operations, employees, and customer service
- Above-average willingness to perform as a sales and leadership professional
- Team-oriented, open and flexible thinking and action
- Willingness to engage in continuous education and training (willingness and ability to learn)
- Financial resources for financing goods and operating the business amounting to CHF150'000.-
