Your profile

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification – career changers with HR/IT experience and in-depth SuccessFactors know-how are also welcome
• Several years of experience in the SAP SuccessFactors recruiting module; ideally additional knowledge in other talent modules or HR core
• Experience in agile project work, confident dealing with international stakeholders and an independent, structured way of working
• Deep understanding of HR processes, best practices and project methods (e.g. SAP Activate) in order to successfully manage projects as a stream lead
• Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
• Very good written and spoken German, business fluent English Your area of responsibility
• You act as an in-house consultant and stream lead for the SAP SuccessFactors module recruiting
• You are responsible for configuration, customizing and the continuous development of the module
• You ensure operations (2nd level support) and process support, change and incident requests from the international key user community
• Together with our internal SAP team, you drive forward group-wide HR IT projects as well as rollouts in the SuccessFactors environment
• You take over Requirements engineering, testing and technical advice for stakeholders at home and abroad
• You plan release management and, if necessary, work closely with implementation partners
• You can expect multi-professional collaboration in an international corporate environment
