- Activity as in-house consultant within the HR-IT and SAP system landscape
- Management and further development of SAP HCM with a focus on accounting and time management in combination with SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA
- Good understanding of HR data, time management, accounting, and their transfer to subsequent systems
Main responsibilities
- Activity as in-house consultant within the HR-IT and SAP system landscape
- Management and further development of SAP HCM with a focus on accounting and time management in combination with SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA
- Ensuring consistent integration of HR, time, and accounting data along the defined system leadership
- Analysis, evaluation, and optimization of end-to-end HR processes from the HR pre-system to the booking in S/4HANA
- Responsibility for interfaces, data transfers, and booking logic
- Ensuring stable operation, including 2nd-level support, change, and incident management in an international environment
- Participation and responsibility in HR-IT projects, including taking on stream or part-project leadership tasks
- Conducting requirements engineering, testing, release, and patch management
- Close cooperation with HR, IT, departments, and external implementation partners
Key requirements
- Multiple years of experience in the SAP field, ideally with a focus on SAP HCM
- Good understanding of HR data, time management, accounting, and their transfer to subsequent systems
- Experience with or strong interest in SuccessFactors and S/4HANA integration scenarios
- Good understanding of processes and data across system and module boundaries
- Experience in Customizing, ideally also with schema and regulation
- Structured and independent working style, with willingness to take on responsibility
- Experience in project work (classical or agile) and in dealing with international stakeholders
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as negotiation-safe English
