- In the 18-month trainee program, you will go through different countries, locations and specialist areas with a clear focus on sales, project and customer management.
- The individual rotations each last 3 to 6 months and include, among other things, the following focuses: -Project management: learning and applying project management tools as well as active participation and responsibility in customer and sales projects -Bid management & sales support: Participation in international tenders, offer preparation, calculations and contract documents in close cooperation with sales, technology and project management -Full service and modernization & repair (M&R): Building a sound understanding of the life cycle of Vehicles, maintenance concepts as well as service and maintenance services as sales arguments. -Hands-on insight into maintenance: Practical cooperation in the service environment in order to understand products, services and customer needs from the ground up - an important basis for successful sales.
