Role overview
Our approximately 100 businesses are rented from a variety of owners in a real estate portfolio with assets and management worth around CHF 2.5 billion.
Tertianum does not own any real estate itself, but is responsible for its upkeep and maintenance.
Due to the retirement of the long-standing position holder, the Real Estate Management & Security team is looking for a new person for this position.
