- The Medical Department is looking for, for its adult department in its outpatient sector, a: Psychologist Responsible for 80% adult department, outpatient service Your mission As a Psychologist in charge, alongside the doctor responsible for the Outpatient service, you play a central role in the quality, consistency and development of psychological and psychotherapeutic care within your unit, sector or sector.
- As an experienced clinician, supervisor and leader, you actively contribute to the development of practices, the training of professionals and clinical management, in close collaboration with medical management.
Key requirements
- Diploma in psychology with specialization in psychotherapy required.
- University degree or HES in psychology.
- Postgraduate qualification in psychotherapy of a recognized orientation, in clinical psychology, neuropsychology or child and adolescent psychology (for at least 5 years).
- Proven experience of several years as a psychologist-psychotherapist.
- Prior experience in supervision and training.
- Good knowledge of the Swiss and cantonal health system.
- Comfort with common IT tools.
- Collaborative leadership and ability to delegate.
- Strategic vision and sense of planning.
- Excellent relational, teaching and communication skills.
