Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities include ensuring a correct and efficient dossier management. Take this with you:
- Complete basic training in the commercial sector or equivalent training
- Training in the insurance sector (e.g. specialist in insurance, VBV or comparable) of advantage
- Multiannual experience in the processing of personal performance cases (UVG, KTG)
- Safe handling of common MS Office programs and ideally with insurance systems Personal competencies Embossed analytical and networked thinking
- High customer orientation and communication strength ( oral and written)
- Structured, reliable and independent operation
- Loadability and decision-making, even in complex situations
- Team skills and willingness to share knowledge
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
