Main responsibilities
- You lead and support various demanding optimization projects, incl.
- Stakeholder management and support for the implementation of the solutions
- You analyze data and create reports to identify optimization potential based on key figures
- You work closely with customers, clarify requirements, ensure customer satisfaction and initiate appropriate measures in the event of escalations
- You share responsibility for the implementation of the SCM Switzerland strategy
- You drive the continuous improvement of processes and further expand the services in SCM Switzerland
- You promote process optimization and increased efficiency by establishing and living a culture of continuous improvement within the team and department
- You ensure that the rules for quality, environment and safety in your area of responsibility are known and adhered to Your ideal requirements:
- Completed degree or higher specialist examinations in the field of business administration, logistics, supply chain management or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience (1 to 2 years) in the supply chain environment, warehouse scheduling or production planning, etc.
