Role overview

TASKS

• Material planning & coordination: You ensure that all required materials are available on time - along the entire project schedule.

• Deadline tracking & escalation: You identify bottlenecks early and proactively initiate measures.

• Daily coordination with detailed production planning: You ensure smooth synchronization between material availability and manufacturing processes.

• Communication with Purchasing & Logistics: You coordinate the procurement, storage and provision of materials.

• ERP data maintenance: You keep all project-related scheduling data up to date (e.g.

• Process optimization: You are actively involved in the further development of our scheduling and material flow processes.

• Order folders: You create the production documents for a smooth process.

PROFILE

• Completed technical or commercial training with further training in the area of logistics, AVOR or supply chain management
• Essential experience in material planning, ideally in a project-related environment
• Confident handling of ERP systems (e.g.

SAP, ABAS, INFOR etc.)

• Structured, solution-oriented way of working with a high level of personal responsibility
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team, especially when dealing with production, purchasing and logistics What awaits you
