- You are responsible for the learning guidance and the performance assessment of our learners and students in the training process Implementation of the training concept Co-responsibility for ensuring the quality, practical training and their further development Organisation of learning forums and management of internal training for our students primary contact person for the locations, professional associations, professional schools and the cantonal authorities Support in recruiting the learners/students You conduct training talks, document the level of training, know the current training regulations and are responsible for their monitoring and compliance.

Key requirements
