- You configure and maintain demand profiles and regulations in smartPEP, analyze existing service planning processes and continuously develop them in accordance with the smartPEP principles in order to ensure efficient, consistent and needs-based personnel deployment planning.

Main responsibilities
- You configure and maintain demand profiles and regulations in smartPEP, analyze existing service planning processes and continuously develop them in accordance with the smartPEP principles in order to ensure efficient, consistent and needs-based personnel deployment planning.

- They have training as business informatics specialists or an equivalent qualification with experience in healthcare as well as experience in service planning.
- Ideally, you will also have knowledge in dealing with Polypoint PEP or a comparable personnel planning system.
- Recognize thanks to your analytical and networked way of thinking They quickly interrelationships, critically question existing processes and derive practical optimization measures
