  • You are the central point of contact for project management topics, coordinate issues from the network and promote the active exchange of experience (e.g. national and international communities)
  • You coach and advise project managers and commercial project managers on complex project situations and the definition of the project setup
  • You will accompany challenging project constellations and support you with strategic and commercial issues incl. Milestone planning
  • You develop and implement process standards and best practices and drive the further development of the integrated management system
  • You analyze projects based on KPIs and quality criteria, derive improvement measures and ensure effective reporting
  • You work on tools, methods and process optimizations (e.g.
  • PALM, PM@Mobility, NC management) and use synergies across interfaces
  • You moderate workshops and training courses and actively participate in quality committees (e.g.
  • RQMS board) and you represent the interests of the Rail Infrastructure Project Execution
