PROFILE Degree: technical or IT-related training Experience: Application of engineering and manufacturing processes Further training: Further training in the PLM environment, ITIL and system training Further knowledge: TEAMCENTER, CATIA, SAP ERP Technical and methodological competence:
- Distinctive ability to provide structured user support, including moderation of key user communities, target group-oriented communication and creation of practical documentation
- High competence in the systematic analysis of complex disruptions with the help of Logs, system tools and PLM-specific specialist knowledge as well as methodical ticket and incident management
- Sound experience in carrying out and documenting system tests after updates, patches or releases as well as in supporting rollouts and migrations

- Carrying out the analysis of complex disruptions using logs and system tools, including processing second-level issues as well as structured documentation and tracking in the ticket system and passing them on to the 3rd level support level
- Carrying out system tests after updates, patches or releases as well as participating in rollouts and migrations to ensure stable system operation
- Feedback to optimize PLM processes and workflows based on user feedback as well as support in standardization and improvement initiatives Additional and secondary tasks
- Creation of documentation, version control and close collaboration with other IT and specialist departments
