Main responsibilities
- installation and conversion of the production line
- securing the provision of goods in a qualitative and timely manner
- training and instruction of new production workers including learners
- compliance with safety, quality and hygiene regulations
- repair of minor technical faults on the plants
- carrying out of auxiliary and cleaning work working in improvement teams Requirements
- Completed vocational training (ideally as a plant managerin EFZ, food technologistlogin EFZ or in a technical profession)
- At least 2 years of experience as a plant manager*in
- Good German knowledge (in word and writing), SAP knowledge of advantage
- Ready for 3-shift operation incl. Saturday operations
