- You record, check and process wage-relevant mutations
Main responsibilities
- You make the complete master data acquisition of the employees upon entry
- You record, check and process wage-relevant mutations
- You support the pre- and post-checking of monthly payroll processing
- You coordinate the cooperation with the external Payroll provider
- You process withholding tax cases including registrations, exits and mutations
- You lose family allowances and EO/compensation cases administratively
- You collect and mutate data on occupational pension / pension fund
- You are in correspondence with authorities, insurance companies and external bodies
- You provide information to employees and managers on administrative and payroll-related topics
- You actively work in the team and take over mutual representation Requirements:
