- The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) acts as a trusted partner and key point of contact for stakeholders involved in the Oncology patient journey across Sumatera.
- As the local face of Roche, the PJP works closely with healthcare professionals, healthcare institutions, and cross-functional Roche teams to better understand patient and healthcare system needs and improve patient outcomes. In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to better understand patient and healthcare system needs
- Develop a deep understanding of the patient journey, including key challenges, unmet needs, and opportunities to improve patient care and access within the assigned therapeutic area
- Collaborate with cross-functional Roche teams to identify, develop, and implement solutions that create meaningful value for patients, stakeholders, and the broader healthcare community
- Support the appropriate and compliant use of Roche products by sharing scientific and product information in a truthful, balanced, and patient-focused manner
- Lead stakeholder engagement planning and execution based on customer insights, healthcare landscape understanding, and evolving patient needs
