- Mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und Engagement überzeugst du auf allen Ebenen.
- Du trittst souverän auf, bringst eine gesunde Portion Humor mit und verstehst es, Menschen zu begeistern.
- Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch, verfügst über sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und fühlst dich auch bei gelegentlichen Gesprächen auf Englisch oder Französisch sicher.
- Ein vielseitiger Aufgabenbereich motiviert dich, du möchtest aktiv mitgestalten, Verantwortung übernehmen und nachhaltig etwas bewirken.
- Du hast von Vorteil Erfahrung in der Rekrutierung, Entwicklung und Begleitung von Lernenden – idealerweise in einem grösseren Unternehmen.
- Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit jungen Menschen – und die nötige Standfestigkeit, auch in sensiblen Gesprächen klar, empathisch und lösungsorientiert zu handeln.

- Challenging personnel interviews – from conflict situations to case management – are professional and solution-oriented.
- You are actively involved in HR projects and provide impulses for the further development of our processes and instruments.
- In workshops and sessions on HR topics, you perform safely, moderate in a structured manner and promote dialogue.
- You are the first contact person for our vocational trainers: you advise them professionally, strengthen them in their role and together with them ensure a high-quality education.
- Our apprentices will accompany you during their training period with sensitivity and clarity – even in challenging situations, you will find viable solutions.
- You have an HR certificate or a comparable education and bring about 4-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a similar environment.
- You are a strong personality and quickly work your way into new topics.
- With high personal responsibility, strong communication and commitment, you convince at all levels.
- You perform confidently, bring a healthy dose of humor and understand how to inspire people.
