Main responsibilities
- Development of new and optimization of existing packaging solutions for the Convenience & Ultra Fresh business unit in compliance with costs, sustainability and food law requirements.
- Independent processing of packaging development projects.
- Carrying out packaging tests with new or optimized packaging materials.
- System-side packaging material creation and recipe maintenance in SAP S4 Hana.
- Development of proposals to reduce costs and optimize the sustainability of the packaging range.

- Supporting the head of packaging development in harmonizing the organization and processes.
- Close networking with engineering to ensure that harmonized, recyclable packaging materials can be processed when purchasing packaging systems.
- Supporting material group management in the implementation of tenders in accordance with the Migros Industrie purchasing process (feasibility check, system tests).
- Migros industry-wide collaboration in higher-level project or working groups (sustainability, PPWR, master data).
- Requirements - at least 3 years: in packaging development in an FCG industry
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): packaging and/or food technology
- Solution-oriented work, experience in working with various stakeholders.
- Very good IT skills: MS Office, SAP S4.
