Care assistant (SRK) 100% Senevita is the largest integrated provider of services for the elderly and employs around 4,300 people. Outpatient and inpatient services blend seamlessly. While Senevita locations offer independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private home care services in Switzerland.

For the Senevita foundry in Arbon, we are looking for someone to start immediately or by arrangement. Care assistant (SRK) 100% Your tasks

• Competent basic care: You provide professional basic care, taking into account the individual needs of the people being cared for.
• Hygiene and housekeeping: You strictly adhere to the applicable hygiene guidelines and perform any additional housekeeping tasks that arise.
• Thorough documentation: You will maintain complete and independent nursing documentation.
• Order and cleanliness: You ensure order and cleanliness throughout the entire care area, adhering to internal operating regulations.
• Teamwork and further training: You actively participate in nursing reports, team meetings, and internal training and further education.

This is what you bring with you

• Qualification: You have successfully completed training as a nursing assistant or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience: Ideally, you already have experience in a similar position, preferably in the field of long-term care.
• Language skills: You have very good German skills, both spoken and written, to ensure smooth communication.
• Flexibility: You demonstrate a willingness to work in alternating shifts (early and late shifts) as well as on weekends.
