- Together with your teammates, you will ensure that the various tasks in the secretariat run smoothly.
- In addition, you will work on a rotating basis at the reception as well as in the back office and on the secretarial telephone
- Completed training in the medical or commercial field with experience in the healthcare sector
- Proficient use of IT applications and knowledge of medical terminology
Main responsibilities
- Together with your teammates, you will ensure that the various tasks in the secretariat run smoothly.
- In addition, you will work on a rotating basis at the reception as well as in the back office and on the secretarial telephone
- As the first point of contact, you will look after patients as well as internal and external contacts in a friendly and competent manner
- You will take on a wide range of administrative tasks such as correspondence, reporting, service recording and billing
