Role overview

In order to strengthen our Maintenance & Engineering team on our Vionnaz website, we are looking for a Maintenance Automatician & Instrumentation (a) passionate about technique, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Your Impact As an expert in automation, instrumentation and electrical systems, you play a key role in the availability, safety and performance of our production equipment.

You intervene directly on strategic facilities in a demanding and highly regulated environment.

Main responsibilities

  • Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure assembly, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, instrumentation and automation.
  • Diagnosis and resolve breakdowns to ensure continuity of our operations.
  • Participate in improving the reliability of installations and propose innovative solutions to optimize their performance.
  • Identify the problems of obsolescence and contribute to the definition of the technical standards of tomorrow.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, CAPA and Change Control processes.
  • Perform periodic inspections and calibration activities of instrumentation.
  • Ensure compliance with ASE, ITTO and NIBT standards.
  • Participate in the technical picket service in order to guarantee the support necessary to operate the site.

Key requirements

  • You are a field professional who likes to understand technical problems, find durable solutions and work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • You ideally have the following qualifications:
  • SWC of automatic, assembler-automatician or installer-electrician.
  • Experience in industrial maintenance and automation systems.
  • Good knowledge of Siemens S7 controllers and industrial communication protocols.
  • Controlling the reading of electrical, pneumatic and mechanical diagrams.
  • Knowledge of GMP or regulated environments providing an advantage.
  • ITTO certification Art. 13 desired.
  • Good control of common computer tools and SAP. Current French;
  • English and/or German are assets.
