Role overview
At the beginning of each shift, you and the team will ensure a smooth transition and get an overview of the current production processes.
Planning and coordinating milk receipt is also part of your area of responsibility and contributes significantly to a stable production process.
In the mixing plant, you prepare various recipes, mix in raw materials and additives and consistently adhere to hygiene and quality requirements.

- Idealerweise verfügst du über eine Ausbildung als Milchtechnologe oder Milchtechnologin EFZ oder als Lebensmitteltechnologe/Lebensmitteltechnologin EFZ.
- Technisches Verständnis sowie Freude an praktischer Arbeit und Prozessabläufen zeichnen dich aus.
Key requirements
- Idealerweise verfügst du über eine Ausbildung als Milchtechnologe oder Milchtechnologin EFZ oder als Lebensmitteltechnologe/Lebensmitteltechnologin EFZ.
- Technisches Verständnis sowie Freude an praktischer Arbeit und Prozessabläufen zeichnen dich aus.
- Du bist eine offene, teamfähige Persönlichkeit, die gerne kommuniziert und lösungsorientiert denkt.
- Eine zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich, auch in einem dynamischen Produktionsumfeld.
- Du bist bereit im 3-Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten, inklusive gelegentlicher Wochenend-Einsätze.
