The EFZ training is a three-year training aimed at people who are motivated to gain a holistic view of the profession, to gradually assume responsibility and to develop in the long term in system catering. This teaching is made for you if: You have completed secondary school
You have basic knowledge of German (in word and writing) You like practical and manual work
Order, cleanliness and hygiene are among your priorities Your future profession
As a system gastronomy EFZ learner, you will receive a comprehensive and varied education that combines practical practice with in-depth theoretical knowledge. Among other things, you will learn:
Understanding and applying restaurant work processes Quality assurance, hygiene and safety
As your education progresses, you will also be introduced to: Work planning and team organisation Cost control and resource management
The Basics of Marketing and Customer Satisfaction Staff management principles EFZ training lasts 3 years and includes:
Your Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ) is a solid foundation for your professional future at McDonald's or in catering. Your development prospects
