The Spitex Region Kreuzlingen is a non-profit organization. With around 125 employees at three locations, we carry out the commission for eleven political communities. The town of Kreuzlingen, as well as the municipalities, Altnau, Berlingen, Bottighofen, Ermatingen, Gottlieben, Langrickenbach, Lengwil, Münsterlingen, Salenstein and Tägerwilen, are our catchment area.

To strengthen our leadership team, we are looking for
Head of Finance and ICT (m/w/d) 70% - 100% which is distinguished by its leadership, organizational talent and expertise in the administration (general management).
- Your tasks:
Total operational responsibility for accounting, correspondence and insurance Creation of quarterly and annual accounts Ensuring process and quality standards in all administrative processes Support for management in budgeting and compiling statistics Leadership and promotion of the team in administration Implementation of ICT projects with external service providers Assistant to the management Compliance with data protection and work protection regulations Support for HR activities and recruitment of new employees
- Your profile:
Graduate degree in Business Administration HF or a comparable qualification in General Management Knowledge of financial and accounting with final experience Multiannual professional experience, ideally in a leading function Advanced ICT knowledge (we work with Abacus, Perigon, Windows 365) High social and communicative competence as well as safe occurrence Representative leadership skills and organisational skills Experience in marketing and communication Willingness to continue development and further training
