• Leadership and further development of the SHE area and promotion of a sustainable safety culture
• Advice and support of managers in all matters relating to occupational safety, health and environment

Requirements

• Several years: Professional and managerial experience in an industrial or production environment
• Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): further education in the field of occupational safety, health protection or SHE
• Strong sense of security and responsibility
• Sound knowledge of legal requirements in the fields of occupational safety and health protection
• High communication and enforcement capacity
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working method
• Self-employment and entrepreneurship
• German (flowing)

Recruitment process

• Pre-selection of applications: We check applications received on an ongoing basis, create a pre-selection and release them to the manager for viewing. • Talks with HR & department: The interview is conducted virtually or on site with the responsible person from HR and/or the specialist department. It is primarily about learning more about the personnel and specialist skills and gives both sides the opportunity to assess the cultural fit into the company and team. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
• Discussion with case presentation: Specific expertise is examined on the basis of a case or other assessment instruments. After processing, the result of the leader is presented and then discussed together. Usually, the team is also represented at the presentation. As a rule, the conversations are conducted by the superior, without a representative from the HR. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
• Offer & Contract Exhibition: After our oral job offer, the most important contract points are verified again. After agreement, the contract is commissioned and sent by post. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
