Welcome to Medbase Weinfelden

Our Medical Center with its own laboratory and X-ray is located in the old town of Weinfelden, is well connected to public transport and can be reached quickly from Constance or Winterthur. The team, consisting of 20 employees, specializes in family medicine. We look after patients with commitment and quality. We have different working hours and working part-time is possible in all functions.

• Professional and human leadership of the MPA team
• Organization and optimization of practical processes for a smooth process
• Care and support of apprentices during their training
• Training new employees and ensuring their integration into the team
• IT-Key-User and cooperation in site management to further develop practice

What you bring

• Completed training as MPA with additional qualification as MPK or equivalent
• Leadership experience, ideally in a deputy or similar leadership role
• Team players with leadership skills and pleasure in the guidance and development of employees
• Experience and knowledge in the laboratory, X-ray and infusions
• IT affinity and safe handling of IT systems
• Vocational trainers/in-qualification and experience in the CV sector
