You work independently on demanding legal issues from the departments of the Damage Center (motor vehicle, property, liability and personal damage), with a focus on liability and insurance law
You supervise and manage litigation cases from their legal dependence
You have a completed legal degree in CH and a Swiss attorney's patent
You have several years of practical experience, preferably in the insurance environment and/or in the ad law

You work independently on demanding legal issues from the departments of the Damage Center (motor vehicle, property, liability and personal damage), with a focus on liability and insurance law
You supervise and manage litigation cases from their legal dependence
You support the departments in Regress cases You design and conduct internal training
You work closely with the Damage and Divisions
Your place of work is by agreement in St. Gallen or Stettbach
At work location Stettbach you bring a certain willingness to travel for regular appointments in St. Gallen mit

You have a completed legal degree in CH and a Swiss attorney's patent
You have several years of practical experience, preferably in the insurance environment and/or in the ad law
You have a sound knowledge of liability and insurance law
You convince through negotiation skills, assertiveness and a solution-oriented way of working
You are characterized by a high willingness to learn and commitment
You have excellent German knowledge in word and writing, further language skills are from Advantage
