Tasks
- After your training in the areas of construction & hobby and leisure, you take responsibility for offering our customers service-oriented, professional and tailored advice in this product group by e-mail and telephone.
- The collection of customer orders and requests by e-mail and telephone is safe, with the perfect handling also within your area of responsibility.
- Information about the price and availability of the products as well as about our e-shop will be provided by you
- You maintain close cooperation with the internal interfaces of purchasing, accounting, support (customer service) and logistics, product management
- You ensure the support in the showroom, advise and support customers on site and process inquiries in general mailboxes on various topics relating to our processes and processes across all sales and communication channels.
- You take over the complaint management and deal with customer concerns independently and service-oriented
Requirements
- Completed training in the retail trade or a comparable qualification with specialist knowledge, ideally complemented by CV experience
