- Project management: Independent offer and order processing, including planning, implementation and post-calculation
- Customer support: maintaining existing customer relationships and expanding the customer portfolio, conducting training and supporting on-site commissioning
Main responsibilities
- Project management: Independent offer and order processing, including planning, implementation and post-calculation
- Customer support: maintaining existing customer relationships and expanding the customer portfolio, conducting training and supporting on-site commissioning
- Interface coordination: coordination with internal teams, distribution partners and other stakeholders
- Sales & cross-selling: enforcement of additional expenses, claims and additional sales
- Operational support: participation in kick-offs and Construction site visits Requirements
- Completed basic technical training (e.g. electronics technician, multimedia electrician, etc.)
- Experience as a project manager, special knowledge of public address systems or video surveillance desirable
- Business fluent knowledge of German, Italian or French is an advantage
- Driving license Cat.
- B and high willingness to travel throughout Switzerland
