• Monitoring and analysis of all relevant key figures of the respective department

• Substantive participation in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts and in annual planning

• Development of target / actual comparisons as well as analysis and commentary of deviations, benchmark analyses

• Monitoring of the follow-up of implemented measures

• Preparation of evaluations and ad hoc analyses

• Preparation of regular key performance indicator presentations, scenario calculation and rolling forecasts

• Sparring partners for decision-makers for the economic evaluation of initiatives and projects

• Interface function in the evaluation of reporting requirements and key figures Monitoring and initiating implementation by the reporting team

• Participation in the optimization of internal processes and further development of controlling instruments through the use of modern everyday AI tools for increasing efficiency and data processing

Your profile

• Completed studies (uni/FH) in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or equivalent further education with federal law. Diploma

• Ideally first professional experience in controlling in the trade, FMCG sector or the consumer goods industry

• Secure use of the Google Workspace environment (sheets, docs and slides) for collaborative work in real time

• Experienced use of Google NotebookLM or generative AI tools is an advantage

• Willingness to learn, safe appearance, determination and joy of teamwork

• Analytical thinking, flexibility and a careful and independent working method

• Timeliness and accuracy, strong service orientation and communication skills

• Very good knowledge of German (minor level C1), another national language of advantage
