Application process
- You support HR recruitment partners in administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process (pre-selection of applications, writing of job advertisements, clarifications and appointment agreements with applicants, etc.)
- In the medium term, if you are interested and suitable, you have the opportunity to independently take on complete recruitments (including interviews)
- Our introductory days for new employees help you to prepare and follow up and also have an active role in the implementation on site
- You will also help with the management and further development of our benefits
- Based on your previous experience, you will take on other suitable activities, the internship should give you a broad insight into recruitment and HR in general.
- Your knowledge of German is very good verbally and in writing and you are experienced in the application of the common MS-Office programs
