During your internship, you will gain a comprehensive insight into food production as well as modern methods of lean management and performance management.

• Cooperation in the introduction and further development of our shop floor management standard
• Support the production areas in the implementation of daily shopfloor meetings and
• Creating and further developing shop floor boards, key figures and visualizations
• Analysis of production and performance indicators and derivation of potential for improvement
• Support of lean workshops and improvement projects
• Participation in the standardization of processes and working methods
• Support for training and empowerment of managers and employees

Requirements

• none: Experience in lean projects (not mandatory)
• Student (Uni/FH/HF): e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, food technology, business administration with focus on operations
• Interest in lean management and continuous improvement
• Analytical and structured working method
• Joy of working with people in production
• Good communication skills and initiative
• German (flowing)
