Raiffeisenbank Tägerwilen with further locations in Kreuzlingen, Ermatingen, Hefenhausen and Siegershausen is well established in the region. With around 85 employees and a balance sheet total of 2.6 billion. Franks and over 20,000 customers, we are one of the largest Raiffeisen banks in Switzerland. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented personality as an individual customer consultant.

Tasks

• Ensuring competent and comprehensive advice on the topics of residential property financing, investing, provisioning and insurance
• Preparation of funding proposals
• Creating and handling investment proposals based on customer potential
• Recognizing and exploiting the customer potential through active and continuous support of the personal customer portfolio
• Development of needs-based solutions taking into account individual life situations as well as personal wishes and goals
• Cooperation in target group-specific market development measures and performance of representative tasks

Requirements

• Completed banking education and / or further education in banking or finance
• Proven professional experience in advising individual clients
• Strong customer- and sales-oriented thinking and acting
• Self-employed and responsible working practices
• Teamwork, initiative and flexibility
• Good communication and social skills as well as a sympathetic and profitable appearance
