- Work in the accounting, marketing, sales, IT and HR/reception departments
- Processing of accounts payable and accounts payable
- Assistance in the dunning run and various bookings as well as in the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
- Ordering and management of office and consumables
- Participation in personnel administration (entry and exit, personnel correspondence)
- Communicate with employees, customers and suppliers
