- Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field Several years of solid HSE experience
- Deep understanding of chemical production processes and safety controls Strong digital and IT competence
Key requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field Several years of solid HSE experience
- Deep understanding of chemical production processes and safety controls Strong digital and IT competence
- Experience applying modern HSE methodologies and staying up‑to‑date with evolving regulations
- Experience in ensuring alignment with Quality/GMP, Global HSE and internal site HSE teams
- Ability to train, coach and educate employees on HSE regulations and safety culture
- Strong project‑management skills to support large‑scale site or construction projects
- Leadership mindset, able to lead according to corporate leadership principles and foster entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong communication & stakeholder management
- Experience in Swiss/EU regulatory frameworks (optional but valuable) Fluent in German
