- Preparation of employment contracts, contract changes, employment certificates, confirmations and general HR correspondence
Main responsibilities
- Support and independent processing of staff administration from entry to exit for our six hotels
- Preparation of employment contracts, contract changes, employment certificates, confirmations and general HR correspondence
- Active cooperation with line managers in operational HR topics
- First contact person for employees on general HR, labour law and procedural issues
- Assistance in recruitment and administrative support of the entry process
- Maintenance and control of personnel master data, personnel dossiers and relevant HR systems
- Monitoring of time tracking as well as support for questions on operational planning taking into account labour law and operational requirements
- Close cooperation with the pay department and the competent personnel insurance agencies
- Training and support for apprentices and trainees
- Support for HR projects as well as taking on further administrative and organisational tasks in the day-to-day HR business Requirements
