Welcome to the Tertianum Water Rose. Our residential and care centre in Egnach is located in the middle of the countryside, a few hundred meters from the shore of Lake Constance. 45 care guests will find a comfortable home here. Our nursing rooms offer a beautiful view of the lake or the Säntis. Despite the idyllic location, the water lily is conveniently located with a bus stop directly in front of the house. The garden of the house offers plenty of space for relaxation. A first-class care and exclusive services round off our offer.

For the Haus Wasserrose in the Thurgau region we are looking for an

Professional / Health EFZ 50% – 100% on night duty

Their tasks

• Holistic care and care of the guests in the sense of our care mission statement and the care process
• Participation in the care process and in the care needs classification with RAI among the assigned guests
• Electronic care documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
• Planning of medical visits
• Possible assumption of tasks as a topic carrier for a subject and thus participation in the group-wide network on care quality
• Independent assumption of responsibility for the entire house during the night shift

Your profile

• Completed training for/specialist health EFZ
• Professional experience of at least 2 years as a specialist health EFZ required
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid)
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoying multiple challenges
• Good knowledge of German (at least B2 level) in word and writing
