Role overview
Responsibilities: In this responsible position, in addition to the operational responsibility of a location, you will be responsible for the overall coordination of operational maintenance for all four Domicil Bern West locations and will implement strategic planning tasks in the personnel, organizational and business areas.
You will lead the cross-location operational maintenance team (approx.
10 employees including apprentices and interns) both professionally and personally and will be supported by the specialists responsible for the location.
You are responsible for the sustainable preservation of the value of the buildings and the entire infrastructure and ensure a well-kept and professional appearance of all locations.
In addition, you ensure the proper maintenance of the buildings and technical systems and are responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of all operational maintenance tasks.
As the central operational interface to construction projects, you support their implementation and ensure that operations run smoothly.
You are also responsible for the further development of the CAFM system and ensure compliance with company-wide guidelines.
In your role as safety officer, you ensure the implementation and compliance with all relevant legal regulations.
In addition to your leadership role, you will work actively in a team and regularly take on on-call duties.
Requirements
- Specialist in business maintenance EFZ or basic craft training EFZ
- Professional examination as caretaker with federal certificate.
