- Supplementary training in management and personnel management in the health care sector, preferably a MAS degree or on the way to it
- Perennial professional and management experience in outpatient and inpatient care in acute somatics
- Good business management and solution-oriented thinking and acting
- High social skills and modern management understanding as a team-capable, empathic and resilient personality
