- Management and development of around 20 employees (about 10 FTE) at our four customer zone locations Solothurn, Olten, Grenchen and Dornach.
- Active participation and own assignment planning in day-to-day business as an integral part of the customer zone team.
Main responsibilities
- Management and development of around 20 employees (about 10 FTE) at our four customer zone locations Solothurn, Olten, Grenchen and Dornach.
- Active participation and own assignment planning in day-to-day business as an integral part of the customer zone team.
- Close cooperation in the co-lead with the head of inbound to optimally integrate physical customer support with inbound and outbound channels as well as to establish and ensure uniform processes across the customer zone and inbound.
- Management of day-to-day business and efficient resource planning using pool structures based on harmonized processes.
- Anchoring a proactive consulting culture for targeted potential assessment and lead generation at the front.
- Active representation of the front and customer zone perspective in cross-divisional projects. Requirements
- In-depth practical experience in a banking customer zone with a strong flair for modern sales and service structures
- Leadership experience for targeted motivation and development of decentralized teams
Company and context
- Proven experience in the organization and control of pool structures as well as a strong process understanding for harmonizing processes
- Mandatory user knowledge of the Avaloq core banking system Stylistic German;
- Knowledge of French and/or Italian is advantageous
- Readiness to work mobile with Homebase Solothurn;
- Regular presence in the four customer zones is essential
- Strong cooperation and communication capability for the co-lead model
