Introduction

For the period from November 2026 to July 2027 we are looking for a skilled leader as a mother protection representative for the role Head of Corporate Communication. You will be looking for a function with a high degree of creative scope and a short, structured training phase. You will be able to work in a dynamic environment and lead a friendly, open-minded team that is happy to develop and enjoy the work.

• Take over of the technical and personnel management of our five-member communication team (internal and external communication in the integrated approach)

• Management of the weekly and strategic focus, and management and monitoring of effective national communication campaigns

• Overall responsibility for the communication budget and management of the operative media work as well as crisis and rep management

• Close cooperation in the management team Head of Corporate Affairs, CSR and Public Affairs including joint processing of strategically relevant topics Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of communication, PR or equivalent further education with an eidg. diploma

• Multi-year experience in a leading role in corporate communication and proven human resources management competence

• A well-founded understanding of political contexts, issues related to CSR and questions critical of the R & D programme

• High decision-making joy, conceptual sharpness and a sovereign appearance in a dynamic environment

• Negotiable German as well as very good English skills, French advantage We offer
