- In this challenging leadership role, you will bear overall responsibility for the strategic, operational, personnel, organizational and professional management of the nursing department at the Interdisciplinary Emergency Center in close partnership with the medical management. Together with your directly subordinate team leaders, you lead the entire care and MPA team and create the conditions for high-quality, patient-centered and economical care.

They are responsible for quality development and assurance, participate in budget, investment and job planning processes and represent the maintenance of the Interdisciplinary Emergency Center in cross-divisional projects, working groups and strategic committees.

Requirements
- Completed training as a Dipl. Expert/Dipl. Expert Emergency Care After Diploma HF.
- Several years of professional experience in an emergency department of a Swiss acute care hospital.
- Several years of management experience as well as ideally a completed or ongoing management training, or willingness to complete it.
- Strong understanding of organizational, strategic and business contexts.
- High social and self-competence as well as an appreciative, transparent and binding leadership attitude.
