- Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certification, an asset. A successful experience in medicine or geriatrics, an asset.
- A capacity to analyse critical situations and good management of priorities and emergencies.
- To decide on care actions with the resident, his relatives, the interdisciplinary team according to the care objectives.
