We offer training positions for the following study models

• Full-time study starting in March 2027
• Shortened study for FaGe EFZ starting in September 2026
• Part-time study (80%) for career changers starting in August 2026

What you will learn with us

• Holistic care and support of our residents
• Taking on the role of a reference person
• Managing and documenting the nursing process
• Carrying out therapeutic nursing measures
• Leading case conferences and nursing teams
• Planning and accompanying doctor's visits

What you bring

• A completed three-year basic training (for the shortened study: FaGe EFZ)
• Joy in dealing with people and practical work
• Teamwork skills, willingness to learn, and reflective ability
• Willingness to work irregular hours
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
