PROFIL

• University degree (ETH/UNI/FH) in engineering or comparable
• Professional background in systems engineering, service engineering or maintenance
• Experience in interface role (customer, project management, engineering) desirable
• Very good system understanding (mechanics, electrics and software)
• Analytical thinking and ability to understand error images systemically
• Experience with error analysis (root cause analysis) or reliability methods (RAMS, FMEA, FRACAS) is advantageous
• Ability to produce clear and addressable reports
• Ability to present technically complex issues in a comprehensible way TASKS
• Analysis and categorization of malfunctions occurring during operation of rail vehicles
• Detection of systematic errors in operation and communication to Engineering
• Regular production of reliability reports (FRACAS Report)
• Track fleet reliability and define measures to achieve the contractually promised reliability values
• Ensure progress in solving remedial measures in engineering
• Interface with the customer for discussion of malfunctions occurring during operation
