Main responsibilities
- Advising employees and managers on all aspects of infection prevention
- Planning and implementation of training and coaching
- Participation in the further development of guidelines, standards and concepts
- Conduct of audits, inspections and hygiene visits
- Monitoring of hygiene-related processes and key figures
- Professional support and support of Link Nurses Participation in cross-location projects
- Support for special events, epidemics or outbreak situations Requirements
- Alternatively, a qualified nurse HF/FH with a willingness to complete further training as an expert: in infection prevention in the healthcare sector and ideally further training as a link nurse for infection prevention Professional experience in healthcare
- High communication and consulting competence
- Self-employed and structured working methods
