For the support of the care team, we are looking for an immediately or by agreement
Dipl. Experts in Emergency Care NDS HF
50-100%
Our emergency department treats and cares for around 26,000 patients per year and is constantly evolving. In addition to planned structural improvements, we would like to work with new colleagues to improve our triage and patient care in the near future. At the same time, the team is to be strengthened in the shifts. If you are someone who loves the often hectic and "quick" operation of an emergency department, is open to permanent development and is looking for a team that has been working together for many years - young colleagues & long-term experienced "old hands" - then we look forward to your documents :-
They take over
- They take over the initial treatment and care of emergency patients of all triage categories and specialties in an interdisciplinary treatment team.
- You are responsible for the care of the patients assigned to you during your stay at the emergency department.
- They work closely with all areas of the emergency department (gypsum room, fast track and emergency practice) and support them in the primary care of patients.
- Taking over administrative and organizational activities rounds off your area of responsibility.
- They support our education managers in the care of HF learners, FH students, health specialists (FaGe), emergency service practitioners and nursing practitioners. In addition, you take new assistant doctors "to the hand" and support them when they arrive in emergency medicine.
This is what they bring with them.
- You have training as a nurse or nurse specialist HF/FH with several years of in-depth experience in the acute field and have further qualified by completing the NDS HF emergency care.
- They are open to new challenges in a lively and constantly evolving emergency operation.
- In addition, you are happy to take responsibility and are able to keep track of complex situations and set priorities correctly.
- We want a colleague with a lot of pleasure in the profession, who is the personal and empathetic care of the entrusted patients a great concern.
