As a machine operator, you operate modern systems and contribute daily to quality, efficiency and smooth processes.

Main responsibilities

  • You serve and independently monitor our filling and packaging facilities.
  • You provide the equipment, convert it and clean it and its parts.
  • You comply with and enforce our safety, quality and hygiene regulations.
  • You repair disruptions and perform minor repairs.
  • You lead, control and train the assigned line employees.
  • You optimize processes and plants and reduce waste in the context of lean and shop floor management.

Key requirements

  • 2-5 years of professional experience: in the food sector or in an industrial environment
  • Completed basic or further training: as a food technologist, dairy technologist, baker, cook, etc. or a technical training (e.g. plant operator, etc.)
  • Technical understanding and enjoyment of the operation, care and optimization of modern plants
