We, Elektro Niklaus AG, based in Bischofszell and part of the Burkhalter Group, employ around 25 people. We are active in the areas of electrical installations, automation, telematics, photovoltaics and network construction work.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a grid electrician who, after a thorough training, would like to take on the role of Head of Network Construction.
So that you can prepare well for the function of Head of Network Construction, you start working as a grid electrician. Together with the team, you will do all the work on the construction sites and work normally in daily business. At the same time, the Netzbau team will be further developed, which you will take over in the future.
In this varied role as Head of Network Construction, the following tasks await you:
- Independent and professional management of the team with about 3 employees incl. Learners
- Preparation, coordination and organisation of network construction contracts
- Offers and acquisition of customers
- Reporting, extent and accounting
You have basic training in network construction and ideally initial leadership experience as a team leader. You are happy to undertake further training as a network specialist, dipl. or network electrician master HFP. High personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and courteous dealings with customers, suppliers and employees round off your requirement profile.
